i have joined yoga last year our coach Mr Subhash karapu is experienced and has achieved master's in yogshastra so having such coach in our daily routine makes our daily physical and mental fitness fit i was having cervical issues past 2years and after having huge medicines I have gained weight but after joining yoga guidance my cervical issues got treated naturally by yoga and I have completed stopped taking medicines for that which made me mentally also strong as I was worried till when I have to take this medicines but really Subhash sir has treated it very carefully with yoga I must say everyone should do yoga in life it really shows a new and positive way to live Other part of it is healing were have taken healings in which positive energies were given to me to come out of it in returned which was cured naturally without any hassles thank so much sir for helping us to show the way to live through yoga and healings

Atma Namaste! I am 55 years old. I have been practicing yoga with Shubhash sir for 13 years and I can say that these years have been transforming for me. Namaste, I am Pratibha Pania 72 years of age, I am with Shubhash Sir since last 5 years. In between I was got korona, I was Hospitalized for 8 days with grace of God I came home in one piece, but lost all my energy, thank to Shubhash Sir he started online yoga, that gave me boost.
